Hello,

We have a user who is authenticated through iChain via LDAP connected and experiencing the "too many logins" message.

According to this article it tells the user to wait 10 to 15 minutes and try again.

However the user has been waiting 3 days and still cannot login! The user is a first time user and so the user is not in the mdl_user table.

is there a session setting or something that I could have them try again?
