Hello,

I'm trying to add pages to the 'Server' menu for administrators.

I created the page by basically copying the phpinfo.php to something else and editing the content.

However, two questions:
1. Where do I edit to get it to show up under the 'Server' menu on the left navigation menu?
2. To set the page title and whatnot, I see you use the add_externalpage_setup(); function. Where do I go to add the information as, for example, 'phpinfo' does?
