No online users show up in the online user block.
I just logged in and I can see myself (testingbug) and yourself fine in the online users block.

It is sporadic.
It is showing up now.
But when it does show up it gets stuck. Will not release that displayed name sometimes for more than 30 mins.
It should remove the name 5 mins after logout.
