No, we are only interested in what happens on the actual server, your ISP's machine. The logs on your machine are for your local apache server and have nothing to do with this.
If you can access the error logs on your hosted machine you should create the error, access the logs and then post the last few lines here. They are not in a computer language - they are just english but they may not be very clear - it should be obvious if there is an error message that relates to Moodle though as the path of the offending file will normally be shown.
