Installing and upgrading help

I'm using Moodle 1.9.3+ 20081029.

After installing module "Drag and Drop" for tests, im not able to enter admin area any more.

I'm not getting any more on to this page: /moodle/admin/index.php
I'm not seeing any masseges.

and the module "drag and drop" is also not working.
when i want to enter a picture then the massage:
"Could not insert dragdrop background media!" and "question_dragdrop 64 record not found"

any ideas?
