I, as administrator can see the comment box fine. I can add another professor to the course in the "Teacher" role, and THEY can see the Comment box for each student fine.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I have a professor who is experiencing weird behavior using the Assignment activity. When she adds an Online Text assignment, there are no comment boxes when she clicks on "View X submitted Assignments":

You've put your screenshot into a password protected Moodle course - could you put it somewhere open access so we could see it? Does the professor concerned have 'allow quick grading' ticked when they view the gradebook?
