I've just installed moodle ... for the 5th time on a machine running PHP ver 5.0.1 and MySQL 4.0.20. I've set moodle up on other machines and had no problems. I ran example.com/moodle/admin and received no errors. However, when I go to Administration > Configuration > Blocks ... it tells me that I have no blocks available!!! What am I doing wrong?!?
You probably installed version 1.3.x which is not compatible with PHP5. The shining new Moodle 1.4 is compatible, though, so you will likely succeed if you try again now.
