Mouseover of Anonymous Questionnaire "View by response" numbers show respondent name

On any questionnaire we have set to anonymous, if you view responses by individual response, mousing over the response numbers (that page you through the individual responses) will pop-up the name of the responder.

This question was already asked some time ago and the "bug" was fixed in 1.9 and 2.0 but it was never fixed in 1.8.

Ahh, Moodle is getting too big -- I did a search for the bug and couldn't find it. I'm using 1.92 (20080711). Perhaps it became unfixed in that version.

Because questionnaire is an "add-on" module, you could be using Moodle version 1.9.2 without the 1.9 version of questionnaire. Make sure that the questionnaire version you have installed is the latest 1.9 version.
