Problem with logging into a course in IE6

Hi Everyone,
I am facing a serious problem with IE6 right now.
When i input username, password and click on Login the course button with IE6 browser, then one alert box appeared as "Internet Explorer cannot open the internet site http://192.168.1.225/openlearning/.
Operation aborted
"
How can i fix it?

I cannot open if FF either... says site is taking too long to respond.

I use moodle 1.9.6+ and IE6

for web me that error
