As far as I know, the COLLES survey is described in the http://surveylearning.moodle.com/colles/ webpage by Taylor and Maor (COLLES survey's developers) while the ATTLS survey is best described in the "Galotti, K. M., Reimer, R. L., & Drebus, D. W. (2001). Ways of knowing as learning styles: Learning MAGIC with a partner. Sex Roles, 44(7/8), 419-436." paper. Hope it was helpful for you. As for the Critical Incident survey, I've never used it so I can't help you very much. The most close to this issue article I've found is in the "Literacy Practitioner", December 2002 issue (http://www.literacynewyork.com/publications/Practitioner%20-%20Dec%202002.pdf), an article by Stephen Brookfield, speaking for his book. So, I believe it would be somehow hard to find it freely in the internet.
Good luck.
