We're using 1.9

One professor has sucessfully used the Submission Feedback.

Another professor is trying to use it.  Their settings are identical, I can't find any difference.  Any clue what changes I should make and to what setting I should tweak so the other class gets the Submission Feedback?

Hi John,

Can you tell us more about your set up?

Are the professors in the same course?
Can you confirm their roles are the same in the course(s)?
Are they assigned to a roles in more than one context e.g. course, assignment activity?
Have you checked role overrides?
What do the professors who can't "get the Submission feedback" see? Can they access the feedback area of the activity at all?
Which Moodle version?

We're using 1.9.  They professors are in charge of different courses.  They are both Teachers in their respective courses.

The Faculty can see the feedback area and upload response files.

The students just can't see the response files.

Any ideas on which settings need to be tweaked is greatly appreciated.
