If you have Moodle installed you could add the plug-in Skype it works well.
If you wish to use Skype then each person teacher and student must be running Skype and have it listed in their Moodle profile.

If you install NanoGong in Moodle, you will be able to have users create and listen to audio recordings in many Moodle tools. NanoGong requires users to have JAVA installed in their PCs.
