I am having the sami issue.
I created a new role that allows somebody to access and edit all areas (basically a copy of the editing teacher role).
Now every time a student submits some work using the 'Advanced uploading of files' they recieve an email notification, even though they are not enrolled onto that course!
Very annoying, how do we stop this?
