Backup/Restore Error

When I try to backup a course and then restore it as a new course, I get the following error in the activities/resourses in the new course page:

Warning: urldecode() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in /home/chauhana/public_html/dev/moodle/course/lib.php on line 646

Can somebody indicate, what might be going wrong.

This has come up a few times lately.

Try editing one of the resources and save. You don't have to make any actual changes. See if that drives the error away.

Nope...Actually nothing happens on saving the resource again. The error still remains.
