Amr - I'm working to catch up on old issues now that classes are finished for the semester. As you know, the spamcleaner.php file attached above was reviewed and worked into the latest version for Moodle 2.0. I'm not sure how what is in CVS for 2.0 would (or would not work for 2.0). I thought it might be helpful to follow up here and let other users know that the above version is not recommended. If you would like to create a plugin for the file in CONTRIB we could do so for folks that might want the file for Moodle 1.9 (or earlier). If so, just create an issue in the tracker and attach a working version for Moodle 1.9 and I will happily work to add it to CVS. Let me know how I might be of help. Peace - Anthony
