I'm running Moodle 1.3.3 with PHP-5.0.0 from Apache 1.3 & Apache 2.0 against PostgreSQL on two servers. Aside from some configuration challenges, works fine.

The block error is a one-liner in Moodle 1.3.3 see the thread in this forum titled:

"Block modules: class does not have a constructor"

You might also want to look at:

"Profile images won't display" for configuration pointers.
