What DOESN'T get backed up automatically?

What DOESN'T get backed up automatically?

I finally had some time to play around and get the automatic backup working on my site, and now I have another question. I plan on automatically running backups, and downloading them for offline storage periodically as an extra precaution. But I'm wondering what sort of things that one might commonly modify through the Moodle interface that don't get backed up during the automatic backups?  I can think of a couple things that might be manually changed, e.g. themes or language packs, that I would want to backup offline manually, but is there anything else that Moodle leaves out of its automatic backups?

That's about it - only scripts within the Moodle directory itself are not backed up.
