General help

Hello,

I am trying to administer Spanish courses in Moodle 1.7. I chose Internal Enrolment, and uploaded student info using WordPad. I gave the kids the role of Student in the class, and all was well. Once kids logged in for the first time, and updated their profile, however, it was as though Moodle had no idea who they were. When they tried to return to the site, it told them that the course was unenrollable. I thought I was supposed to set it up that way, because I had enrolled everyone in advance. Well, when I went into the Course Settings and made the course enrollable, it didn't let them in either!!

I've jumped through about 3 hours worth of hoops (deleting and re-assigning roles, changing course enrollment status, using an enrollment key, etc.), including restoring one of the courses. I REALLY don't want the kids to register themselves.

Enrolment setting is set to 'No authentication'

Is there anything I can do (that I haven't already tried)?
