Probably the simplest way would be to export it as a jpeg or gif and include it as a resource or linked image in an html page.

If you need it editable, and your students have the application, you could also upload the filei itself as a link.

Or you could try something like this that makes flash format flow charts and include them as a resource or embedded file:
