I submitted a bug report the other day (MDL-16551) concerning the use of nwiki in separate groups mode (Moodle 1.9.2, nwiki 2008080401). We've been getting the infamous "This SQL relies on obsolete tables! Your code must be fixed by a developer." message for several releases now, and I was wondering if anyone else is having this or a related problem with using groups in nwiki. For more details, please see MDL-16551.

I'm seeing this in an upgraded moodle installation. We deleted the old wiki directory and put the new 1.9 nwiki directory into mod/. We're using mysql 5.0.32. We're not using groups, but are using visible students for student mode.

In fact, we're having the groups issue in a fresh installation AND an upgraded installation (the latter being a lot more important, of course!).
