Hello,
I would like to add the following RSS feed into the block (RSS feeds) of my course:
http://www.google.com/reader/public/atom/user/16787941808829933929/label/wi-ogloszenia (feed by Google Reader --- shared tag)
The problem is that Moodle shows incorrect links to the feeds: blogger cannot find the content.
When I try to ommit Google Reader and use FeedBurner, Moodle says "There was an error loading this rss feed. You may want to verify the url you have specified before using it."
The FeedBurner url is here: http://feeds.feedburner.com/wo-ogloszenia
The same problem is with the url in XML format: http://feeds.feedburner.com/wo-ogloszenia?format=xml
Hi Rafał,
I've tried those feeds in my own moodle and they work fine.
Is your moodle directly connected to the internet? Does it need a http proxy to get out? Are DNS Settings correct?
It sounds like a general problem connecting to external sites.

My moodle is here:
https://www.ii.uni.wroc.pl:444/~rno/moodle/
and it works fine, I think.
Do you want to have a teacher account?

Hi,
I have no problem anymore, since feed burner url already works fine in my Moodle.
Google Reader's url still shows wrong links.
Anyway, the idea with FeedBurner works for me. Maybe FeedBurner needs some time to start working.
Best regards.
Rafał Nowak
