Good afternoon,

We are using 1.9.2, is there a way to select the timer and move it around the screen?

Also, is there a way to select a specific student to complete a quiz or a select group of students to complete a quiz?

The only way to control the formatting/position of the timer is using CSS in a custom theme.

You can make a quiz available to just certain groups of students using the groupings feature: Groups_FAQ#If_I_have_several_groups.2C_can_I_make_a_specific_activity_visible_to_just_one_of_those_groups.3F.
