Databases: I just need to view and export tables from mysql? ....UGH

Hi Everyone,

Can someone please tell me how to view (browse) the tables in mysql database.  I should be able to export the items that I need when I view them but I can not figure out how to view them.

I have 1.9+ build with just a local install.
