can someone send me attendace for 1.9.2+ because link http://do.nspu.ru/~dlnsk/moodle/block_attendance_for_v19.zip does not work.

I agree that every time I try, the link is accessible. But clearly there are a number of people having problems! I keep wondering if it is a firewall issue or something. No idea. It is very mysterious.

I also had several times problems with downloading the attendance block from the russian server - as others above. However, I found that the same code can be downloaded from CVS repository provided that tag MOODLE_19_STABLE is selected. See MoodleDocs for instructions on CVS.
