Description of the organisation: Located near Heidelberg our enterprise was founded in 1997. Starting with CBTs, we now cover the whole range from design, development, application, implementation till evaluation. We are active predominantly in the field of key qualifications. Our clients are enterprises, universities, training organisations, public and private institutions.
Project type: Due to the processes of change management in the social sector we are planning to design and implement a variety of modules to support the qualification process for employees and executives in all fields of social work. The modules will be part of open and distance learning Moodle courses on and off the job.
Expected partner profile: Enterprises, consulting services, training institutions working in the social sector, both partner or promotor. We are interested in partnering with other organisations througout Europe that are working in this field and interested in exchanging qualification designs.
Date: A first concept should be in Brussels until October 1e 2004.
