I am looking at blogging tools and current use moodle. Could someone tell me if the blog to be available in 1.6 supports the following:

Multiple Syndication formats, including Atom 1.0
Comments, with trackback and spam protection support
The MetaWeblog API
A WYSIWYG editor
Pinging of external aggregators
Per-user templates (and secure editing of a user's own template)
Draft/Edit entries (not published to public view)

Regards,

Mark
