Is there a way to hide or disable the TOC ? In a very short book (2-3 pages) it is more distracting than helpful, especially if you don't want to include titles. I had hoped that no titles would result in no TOC in the student view, but instead you get an empty box. Any way around this? Would it be a quick revision if I knew where to look?
Also, is there a way to set it such that when the browser window is narrowed with a large graphic the TOC disappears off the left rather than the arrows disappearing off the right?
