Hi:
I created a small book in one of my courses. I created a backup (of the full course) and I downloaded in a diferent server.
All tha accented (áéíóú) and special characters (ñ¿¡) are gone (substituted by garbage)
Can anyone please help me?

seems that this issue can be handled by usign otf8_encode or utf8_decode, not tested yet
