CloudFlare is aggressive right now. The "Access restricted" page came. When that happens, usually after one recaptcha I get access. This time I had to go through the recaptcha about 5 times and even then the title of my browser tab remained "Access Restricted" and the URL remained at http://moodle.org. I could select an URL and open it in a new tab. There the full URL was visible.

I thought it had only been me! Yesterday, all day long, I got that page. Surprisingly enough, I didn't see any comments about this when searching through Twitter with the #moodle hashtag.

Thanks a lot for your reporting of the problems and sorry that you are experiencing them. We are working on these problems at the highest priority.
