just wanted to know that where can i get the user's manual or the administrator' manual. please help.
That's a really good book. I own a copy. A little bit older, but free, is Using Moodle 2nd edition as a pdf. It's somewhere here on moodle.org.
Note that, "The second edition, released in November 2007, has been updated to cover all the features in Moodle 1.8, ...". The /23/ in the URL is misleading.
