hotpot module stopping upgrade to moodle 2.0

Hi all,

I'm trying to upgrade from Moodle 2 Preview 4 to the latest moodle 2 build. However, when I get to the Plugins check I am told that hotpot is Non-standard (Missing from disk) in the Activity module columns. There is a question mark in the left hand column.

There is no hotpot folder in the /mod folder - nor was there one in preview 4. None of the courses on the database have hotpot content.

If I click on upgrade I then get this error:

Cannot downgrade repository_alfresco from 20090080101 to 2010050700.

I'm stuck now,

Any help would be great,

Neil

Hello Neil,

The HotPot Module for Moodle 2 is not quite ready, see: Hot potatoes existing resources

Cheers,

Glenys

Thanks Glenys,

So how do I get Moodle to ignore hotpot when it's trying to upgrade? It's exactly the lack of hotpot that is stopping it from upgrading.

Thanks so much for the reply - really appreciate any help,

Neil
