I've downloaded and installed the latest Moodle for a new Moodle site. When I insert an mp3 somewhere an unwanted piece of text appears just before the mini mp3-player: (MP3 audio)
This didn't happen in an earlier version of Moodle. Is there a way to prevent this? I've taken a look at the filter settings but could not figure out if there was something that should be changed.

I've been searching in the online documentation and found that the player should look like this.
And it lookes like this in a bit older Moodle version that I'm using.
But now it looks like this in the newer version (it's a Dutch sentence but you can see where the unwanted text comes in).
It breaks the sentence in an ugly way. I really hope that this can be fixed.

I solved the problem. I copied the entire filter\mediaplugin folder from an older version of Moodle (I think 1.9.3) to my newer version of Moodle (1.9.4) and the questions showed up correct again.
Looking at the dates of the files in this folder it appears that only filter.php has changed in this newer version of Moodle. I guess that there's a little bug in the newer version of this file.
Is there a place on Moodle.org. to report this?
