This is Anomaly - a rounded corner, fluid-width Moodle theme.

It's safe to say that things are pretty stable now. Several people have downloaded the theme and are using it without much complaint.

PLEASE HELP MAKE THIS THEME BETTER!!

I will continue fixing this theme as part of HEAD, so let me know if you finding any issues.
