I viewed your buy page, but got a little confused with the price list.

As I understand, I can pay either $19 or $199 for a license, what's the difference.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,Jason
Thank you for your question!
123 Flash Chat offers two types of license: one-time fee license & monthly license.
The $199 is one-time fee license. That means you can own the chat software license after purchase at $199.
The $19 is monthly license fee. You can pay $19 to have a try with our 123 Flash Chat in 1 month. And if you feel this flash chat software meets your need, you can pay $199 to own it, then we can charge back your paid $19 to you.smile

How do you think about that?

By the way, we also have scalable hosting service pricing for you!

I want to have a chat window that is always on top, so that as I navigate form one page to another I can continue chatting with the other people in my chat room, and the same for them;i.e. they also have their chat room 'always on top'.

I use Moodle, but I can't find any reference to this 'always on top chat' feature, neither in moodle.org nor here.

Any help? Thanks.

Hi Smith,
I have found two way for you to create an "always on top" chat, while both of them are not perfect.

The first one, you can put your webpage to an iframe, then integrate with 123 Flash Chat. You can always get a real-time chat even if you navigate form one page to another. But limitation is that it might be harm to your SEO.

The Second way, we can do a special integration for you. And it won't affect your webpage, but the chat need to upload everytime you open a new page.

No further changes would be needed. just place the files into the right place and follow the step-by-step instruction. you may download it here if you did not yet. http://www.123flashchat.com/moodle-chat.html

seems the server.xml at /123flashchat/server/etc/groups/default is an import config file, but it did not take effect after i changed the values in it.

any suggestion?

Hi Jason,smile

you should have restarted the chat program after editing the server.xml and the client.xml at the same DIR. sonrisa

you can change most of the values via the chat admin panel also, the advantage of which is no restart would be required.

Hi!
I created a new 123flashchat with the hosting mode "Client server hosted by 123flashchat.com free of charge". It's really nice module! But the chat opens in the new window. I hoped it was embeded. Can I change this? Maybe, I need to download and install 123 Flash Chat Server first to create embeded flashchats?
