Please could you add an 'Improvement' request to the Tracker. This seems like an idea worth thinking about. Just a matter of working out the best way to fit this into the UI, which is not obvious to me.

Have you spotted that the category name is a link to that category in the question bank, so if you click on it, that gives you a way to see exactly which category this is.)

I think this is MDL-85931.

There are work-arounds: the one Marcus gave, and also SEB lets you limit the list of URLs that the user can visit, so you should probably set that to only allow access to the Moodle site.

But, also, this is a bug. If it is not already in the tracker (and I just failed to find anything) it should be reported there.

This is certainly a good idea, and you are not the first person to suggest it. It came up in the discussion after our presentation at MoodleMoot Global.

Unfortunately, it has not been implemented yet. Tracker issue: MDL-85904.
