If I undertand what you want, that informatoin is available in the quiz statistics report. (But, in a quiz with random questions, you may have to follow a few links to drill down and find it.)

Well, the core of the better searching in the qusetion bank got into Moodle 4.3.

New search options, like being able to search on whether the question has been used is not done yet, and I don't currently know when it will be.

I think there did use to be too.

Various chagnes have been made to the quiz information in various Moodle release, as part of Moodle HQ's work on improving navigation and course display. What you observe may have been an unintended consequence of that.

Would be good to confirm, and if it really is a regression, create a tracker issue.

I think this is a known issue with the moodle.org setup, which happens sometimes. HQ are aware but have not manged to fix it yet.

When this happens, you can get in again if you clear the Moodle session cookie:

  1. Open browser developer tools (Right click and choose Inspect). Then select the storage tab.
  2. Choose to see the moodle.org cookies.
  3. Select the one called MoodleSession and delete.
  4. Then, if you reload the page, you will need to log in again, but you should get in.

Here is how it looks in Firefox. It is similar in other browsers.
