Your Moodle site version is Moodle 4.5. I presume you want to know the precise point version, yes? (Teachers in courses can see the version from the documentation link if the admin has enabled it, and you use English as your language. but the documentation only shows the major version as your screenshot did for Moodle 4.5/

First conceived nearly 15 years ago, the Mount Orange School Demo site allows Moodlers to view a site with authentic student and teacher data. Courses with assignments submitted, ongoing forum discussions, varied quizzes and so on, make for a more meaningful experience when trying out the standard features of Moodle LMS.

In line with Moodle’s greater focus on Higher Education, we’ve reconfigured the Mount Orange School site to become Mount Orange University. This is a precursor to the many enhancements which will be implemented later this year to better showcase the features of Moodle LMS and Workplace.

School to University: What's staying the same

The URL for the site will stay the same, at least for now: School.moodledemo.net.
The sample accounts, usernames and passwords will stay the same, but with job titles more suited to an HE environment.
Most of the courses will stay the same with the same activities.
A very few outdated or non-HE related courses have been removed.
All courses are available on Moodle.net.
The site will continue to highlight new features of each release of Moodle LMS.

School to University: What's different

A few more HE appropriate courses have been added, and these will include authentic data in time.
An introductory page with introductory activities for new Moodle LMS users has been created, to simplify the navigation for anyone trying Moodle LMS for the first time.
Sample activities are divided into ‘New to Moodle LMS?’ for beginners, and ‘Explore more’ for experienced users.

The changeover from school to university will take place on Monday 24 March. If you have any feedback, feel free to reply to this post.

There is a Manager role which allows users to see some but not all aspects of site administration. Also, take a look in Site administration > Users > Permissions > Assign system roles and see if any have either the manager role or anothe custom role.
