Ben - if you want your own logo in the top banner you'd have to recreate the banner  with your logo in a picture editing program (I use irfanview) and then replace the original logo-jpg via ftp with your one. (You'd need to locate the themes folder and then your theme. I use formal_white as it's easy to change the logos there)

Just a quick hello in my own name -and a thanks to everyone here and on the other forums/fora for all the help you give. I have lurked, asked and occasionally answered shyly under a pseudonym for several months; now I think perhaps I shall be myself and look forward to continuing the Moodle promotion!
