Hello there. When you say you are not able to add H5P content to your trial MoodleCloud site, how are you trying to do this? H5P is standard in Moodle now and so there is no need for a plugin. You should be able to go into a course and add an H5P activity- or upload one you have previously created. See the documentation H5P activity and Content bank
Alternatively, if you have actually tried to add H5P this way and it is not working, then perhaps you can give some more details so the MoodleCloud team can assist you.

Hello Lény. As mentioned in the MoodleCloud FAQ https://moodle.com/moodlecloud/ , it is not possible to install plugins into MoodleCloud.

Hello Sergio (and Joost) I am going to move this to the Certificate discussion forum because I think you mean you want to use one of the Certificate plugins but you have been told they consume a lot of RAM. Hopefully one of the Certificate experts there can advise.
