Hello there. You are probably not running Moodle 5.3 since it hasn't come out yet. Perhaps you mean 4.3?

Shirley - you can get there from the main Moodle.org page from the top nav bar by clicking the link Documentation (next to Forums). It then shows bottom left the pages I referenced.

Blair - the Mount Orange university site is better for looking at examples with data than the QA site. Log in with the username teacher and password moodle25 and go to the Summative Quiz in the Cross cultural communication course. You can explore the quiz results and also how they display to the student. You need to click Results in the Quiz section.

Great - I am fairly sure it must be theme related and you'll only find out once you can go back to a standard theme like Boost.
