Actually you contacted Moodle support and I replied to you there saying our IT people will fix this for you. Once they have done, perhaps you or I can reply here so others will know the outcome. (Our IT person has asked you to privately confirm via the support desk the currernt new user created in the tracker. He has also resent the invitation to join from an existing account using the email you used for the support ticket and that you have for this account. Perhaps you have received the new invitation?)
