We’ve investigated it and unfortunately due to changes in the set up of Moodle 5.1 and internal staff changes, it is not currently possible to provide a Windows package. We are happy to review anything a community developer might contribute. We also plan to explore an alternative with Docker at some point.

No -there don't seem to be any default settings for this in site admin.

When you set up the H5P activity you can disable them from the H5P options setting.

This "new section page" appeared in Moodle 4.4 See the 4.4 Course homepage docs and video. As I understand it, you can still navigate from the left hand course index.

Hello Claire. You mention "custom reports" which are standard Moodle LMS and you also mention MoodleCloud - so I will move your post to the MoodleCloud forum - no need to do anything! (BTW I checked on my own MoodleCloud site and I do see the reports in the dropdown next to the user profile image if it is a report they are given access to - so perhaps you can give more details?)
