I checked and I did see what I assume are Recently added plugins - for example I see one added 6 days ago and one added 3 days ago. They appear underneath the promoted Certified Integration plugins. What do you see?

You can change this in the language strings from Site administration > General > Language customisation > (your language) and editing core_ai contentwatermark

Unfortunately not at the moment, although hopefully this will be worked on for a future version.
