Hi, Dave,
If I understand your question, you are in luck. For each question, you will assign the number of points the item is worth. The student will see the score earned when he or she reviews the quiz.

Hope that helps a bit.

Hi, Han,
Since no one else has replied yet...
I am absolutely certain that there is a better way to do this, but the online users block, for example, contains a file named "config_global.html." When you open that file with a text editor, you will see a little HTML. You can edit the appearance of the block there. See the screen capture I have attached. You might have to play with it a bit to get it right. I have not done this myself, but it should work and each block will have a file that you can tweak.
A better way to go might be this, Han. -- http://docs.moodle.org/en/Chameleon. You can make the Chameleon theme do almost anything.
I hope that helps a little.

Hi, WJ,
I think what you are looking for is "Moodle Migration" -- http://docs.moodle.org/en/Moodle_migration
Maybe that will help. I hope so.

Hi, Hellmuth,
I am sure that there must be some more elegant way to do what you want to do, but using different enrollment keys [http://docs.moodle.org/en/enrolment_key] could accomplish this.
Maybe someone else will jump in here with a better suggestion.

Art
