Just want to add that the easiest way I know to install Moodle on your personal computer is to download a Bitnami Moodle Stack from Bitnami.org. You will be up and running in 30 minutes.

Do you want to link to all users on the entire site or in a particular course?

• In a course, your link would look something like this - http://www.yoursite.com/user/index.php?contextid=1234
• For your whole site, I think this would work - http://www.yoursite.com/user/index.php?contextid=2
