Hi, All,

I am getting ready to take my students to Germany and am wondering about cell phones. We want phones that work while we are there.

It is my understanding that we need to get unlocked GSM phones and that we can buy SIM cards when we get to Germany. Or that our parners can buy the local SIM cards for us.

Is this correct? Or am I wrong about this?

I know it is only dual band, though, so is that a problem? Or would it do?

Hmmm... Not sure about the best way to do that. Hiding everything until everyone has done it seems a little impractical.

If you want an indication that you students have read your user policies, grading criteria, etc., you might consider putting the document in a choice. (See the attachment.)

This has worked pretty well at Aiken HS.
