I would vote for putting it into the category of languages, but I do not have strong feelings about it.

I think I know what you mean. You just want a slide without any interaction. The user simply reads the slide and moves on the the next one.

If you add a question page but do not actually add any anwers and feedback, you should get what you want.

If the lesson will be long, I think that you will find that uploading a PowerPoint presentation to the lesson might save you some time.
