Here is a draft of a netpublish quick start I am writing for my students. Please feel free to take it and improve it for your site. It is too big to upload here, so I just linked to it. Eventually, I will try to rework this for Moodle docs, but it is just too rough right now.

As far as your FAQ is concerned, a glossary should work just fine. You could just add a web page resource if it's going to be very simple, I suppose.

if you upgrade Moodle to a new version, or use the CVS code, then you will have to manually change this file again - or maybe this could be implemented into a future version of Moodle?
