You are neither the (current) site administrator nor the system administrator. Now "some issues came and they contacted me". And you ask us.
 
What we need now are super human helpers who see what "they" see. I see responses close to that. Good luck!

We've upgraded finally to 4.5 LTS (from 4.1 LTS). Discovered under Site administration > General (mysite/admin/search.php#linkroot) > Moodle services:

mysite/admin/settings.php?section=moodleservices

Historically > Site administration was what it says. Can somebody explain me the logic behind this change?
