Yeah, Europe has discovered the importance of data sovereignty and not buying the Clouds of the big US tech. Read the other day that LibreOffice is capitalizing on the same:

Nobody is surprised, it seems. Seeing headlines recently like "Dedicated servers are the new Clouds" reminded me to look at the Clouds. Other than the BIG selling US Govt. institutions big clouds for big money in a frenzy, folks have left the market. Or, have they, really? I'm feeling empathy for those in the Installation forum who proudly declare "We are on the Cloud" (without knowing where the Cloud is) "Why Moodle is not playing?", etc.

I don't know it is the proper site. This log in went halfway through, it send me the check e-mail check code back. But not accepting my account.
